Welcome to Ethno Sazano. To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all our guests, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: Until 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

    Children & Extra Beds

    • Children under 6 stay free of charge when using existing beds.

    • Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.

    Pets

    • Well-behaved pets are welcome in designated rooms upon prior approval.

    • Additional cleaning charges may apply.

    Smoking

    • Smoking is not allowed inside rooms.

    • Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

    Quiet Hours

    • To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

    Liability

    • The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.

    • Guests will be held responsible for any damage to property caused during their stay.

Booking cancellation

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will result in the loss of the prepayment.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.

We understand that travel plans can change. To accommodate this, Ethno Sazano offers a fair and transparent cancellation policy:

Individual Reservations (up to 3 rooms):

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in the loss of the 20% prepayment.

  • In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Group Reservations (4 rooms or more):

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in the loss of the 20% prepayment.

  • In case of no-show, 100% of the total booking will be charged.

Modifications:

  • Date changes are possible depending on availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival.

  • Rates may vary depending on new dates.

Refunds:

  • All refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 14 business days.

  • Bank transfer fees or exchange rate differences (if applicable) are borne by the guest.

Force Majeure:

  • In the event of natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we will do our best to offer flexible solutions such as rescheduling or credit vouchers.
